Crises and transitions in life are inevitable. Whether planned or out of the blue, they have the potential for turning our lives upside down. However, they also present opportunities for tremendous growth and change if handled well.

The loss of a loved one, discovered infidelity, acting-out children, chronic illness, loss or change of a job or career, or a sudden move are but a few of the crises many of us are challenged with in our lifetimes.

Transitions mark what we call nodal points in our development. We watch our children move through many stages, from birth to first day of school, moving into adolescence, graduating high school, college, etc. But adults have important transitions as well: marriage, childbirth, becoming parents, career changes, divorce and remarriage, retirement, just to name a few.

We weather most of these crises and transitions well on our own. But there are times when the obstacle seems so overwhelming, so unmanageable that we need outside assistance to get us through.

This is when I can help. With over 30 years experience in the mental health field, I come well-equipped to get you through whatever challenge you are dealing with.

I am not a long-term therapist. I will not sit back and ask you how you are feeling. I am a transition and crisis intervention / management consultant who will get in there with you to find the best solution for you. My job is to effect positive change in partnership with you and the strengths you bring to bear on the situation.

My clients range from adolescents and young adults to individuals and families, as well as small businesses and executives.

Fee Structure: My standard hourly fee is $150.00. However I have the luxury of being able to fit my fee to your financial needs if necessary.

Whatever your age, race, sexual orientation, or stage in life, I’d love to hear from you if you think what I offer is what you need.

I’d be honored to work with you.
